This week's featured brew is The Fuller, a signature blend and a delightful light roast that has quickly become a favorite among our customers. With its bright notes and smooth finish, The Fuller perfectly captures the essence of what we strive for in every cup—quality, flavor, and a hint of adventure. Named after Riley Fuller, one of our co-founders and a proud Warsaw, IN native, this roast carries a special significance. Though it bears Riley's last name, it couldn't be more fitting, as this light roast is FULL of bold flavors.

This week and every week, we celebrate our love for Warsaw, IN, in many ways. One of our favorite expressions of this pride is our apparel collection, which beautifully combines Generous Coffee with our hometown spirit. Our shirts not only represent Generous Coffee but also celebrate the vibrant community of Warsaw. Wearing our gear is a fantastic way to show your support and share in our mission. A Special Shoutout to Erica Deuel aka Shop Girl!

Our team is growing, and we are thrilled to welcome new faces to our family. However, there's someone who has been a cornerstone since the very beginning—Erica Deuel, affectionately known as Shop Girl. Erica has been hands-on since we first toured this building, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. She shared some thoughts about the journey so far:
"Now that the roastery is open, the biggest difference is having people physically come into our space. It allows people to see the process and connect more to the mission. I’ve loved getting to know more in our community and have had so many inspiring conversations centered around others' generosity."
Erica's dedication and passion are truly inspiring, and we are grateful for her continued commitment to making Generous Coffee Roastery a welcoming place for everyone. 

This week, you won't find Erica (left) at her usual spot in the Roastery or making deliveries around town. She's off enjoying a sunny vacation with her loved ones. She'll be back in action in August. In the meantime, our beloved team member Beth will be holding down the fort. Stop by and get to know Beth (right) while she's at the Roastery from 9 AM to 1 PM, Tuesday to Saturday!
