Weekly Highlights at the Roastery! Week of August 12th

This week at Generous Coffee Roastery has been buzzing with activity and exciting updates. First up, we’re delighted to introduce Morgan, our newest part-time team member! Morgan is no stranger to our co-founder Ben Higgins, as they’ve been friends since high school. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board, bringing her infectious energy and creative flair to our team. Morgan has quickly become a beloved presence at the roastery. Her organizational skills are top-notch, and she’s been hard at work stamping bags and keeping our space sparkling clean. You’ll also notice her artistic touch in the new signs and cards around the shop, adding a unique and special flair that we just love. When it comes to coffee, Morgan’s favorite is a splash of caramel syrup in her cup—a perfect reflection of her sweet and vibrant personality. And if you ever need a pizza recommendation, she’s your go-to!
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys pampering herself with fresh nail art, and she’s already planning to treat herself with a part of her paycheck. We’re excited to have her creativity and enthusiasm at Generous Coffee, and we can’t wait for you to meet her. Be sure to give her a warm welcome when you visit! In other news, the Community Open House on Wednesday was a resounding success! There was a fantastic turnout, and lots plenty of excitement as we discussed new events that the board has been dreaming up. It’s always wonderful to see our community come together and share in the joy of what we’re building.

 
 

The roastery itself has been bustling as well. We shipped out over 300 pounds of fresh roasted coffee this week, sending our specialty brews to customers across the United States and Canada. A huge shoutout to Isaac for his hard work and roasting expertise. His dedication to detail and craft roasted coffee are truly the heart of our roastery, and we’re grateful for all he does.
