Meet Isaac! Isaac, our Head Coffee Roaster, joined Generous Coffee with a unique perspective. As the owner of a smaller coffee roasting company, he was thrilled to experience a collaborative team environment and learn from a larger company like ours. Isaac’s journey with Generous is more than just about roasting; it’s about community and generosity. “I was offered for my personal company to use Generous' resources and equipment,” he shares. “It goes against conventional business models. Generous is really generous.”
Outside of his passion for coffee, Isaac is a musician at heart. He plays the electric guitar, loves diving into a good book, and cherishes time with his wife, Abby, who he’s been married to for six years. His go-to coffee drink is a latte with a hint of sweetness, though he also appreciates a bold black coffee. As for his favorite roast? That’s an easy one—the single-origin light roast from Ethiopia, a perfect reflection of his love for rich, distinctive flavors.
